Estimate for you Pump System

After your well is drilled, we will give you an estimate for your pump system, designed specifically for your well based on well depth, gallons per minute (gpm) & static level.   At this point contact Walter to discuss your exact needs & requirements for the pump system.  When you are ready to have the pump installed, and after you have your electrical power in service, call to schedule the installation.  Should you ever need pump service, we run two service trucks to provide you with excellent and prompt service, to handle any repairs needed.

Pump Installation

"The modern way to complete a well"

Virdell Drilling has used the pitless adapter method of pump installation since the late 1960's in over 8,000 wells.  In this type installation, the pitless casing fitting is attached to the well casing around a hole cut in the casing below the frostline to provide for a delivery pipe.  The pump, suspended from the drop pipe fitting, is lowered into the well.  The drop pipe fitting locks into the casing fitting, providing both a support for drop pipe and pump within the well and a fluid tight conduit between the drop pipe and the discharge pipe.

Features of the Pitless Adapter:

Frostproof
No heating is required.  All water conduits are buried below the frostline.

Pump is Easily Set
Pump is simply lowered into the well and then suspended from drop pipe.

Pump is Easily Pulled

Drop pipe is first supported with hoist.  Then control cable is pulled manually to free pump.

Low Cost
Costly well house construction is eliminated by using a pitless adapter.
